Friday morning thoughts
I probably have to tattoo myself today.
I have no idea what Boyd is going to have me to do, though I’ve been working on and we’ve been discussing components of my thigh mural, so probably something from that. I don’t know what.
Strangely, this doesn’t disconcert me. I’m not even nervous about it.
The morning breeze coming in my windows feels nice, and I can hear birds, and Betsy snoring.
I’m ravenously hungry this morning. I need some protein.
I get tomorrow off. Good thing since I have to marinate 20# of ribs and cook as much in advance as possible for the 12 of us and help the kids dye eggs.
We’re going to use silk neckties to dye eggs again this year. Last year we blew out the eggs, used the insides for omelets and dyed the shells (weighting them down with a plate). The results were beautiful.
