Physically, I’m just about there, but starting to show my age a little. Can’t be helped but still disconcerting. Mentally, who knows if I will every be my own ideal. I’m working on it though. Pretty stable, emotionally pretty sound, intelligent enough to suit me, so I think I’m alright…

Dishonesty (unfortunately)
I am divorcing my husband. I never thought I would, because I’ve always been told that divorce is wrong, a sin, angers God, and that the only reason for it is adultery. He never adultered me. But when it got to the point where I could see the disrespect beginning in my children… when I couldn’t take that disrespect or emotional neglect or shame any longer… when it got to where I was *almost* willing to be the adulterer if it meant my only way out… when the thought of my life being for the next 25 years being just as it has been made me want to die…
I had to do something.
So I did.
Under my bed? My shoes I just kicked off. A knitting project. A couple random books, a Bible, a WWII Japanese rifle, a box of family pictures, and a screw gun (NOT a euphemism. LoL)
No. It’s hard enough for me to love ONE person romantically, ever. Let alone more than one. How confusing &/or overwhelming.
When I think of things that calm me. When I see the rocks in the little dish on my nightstand. :o) When I think of the people who love me.
