This is the single most awesomest tattoo I’ve ever seen. EVER.

It’s 12 elements that I’m now joining by putting the galaxy behind them & coloring them 1 at a time. Eventually I may do the back of my leg too if I can figure out how to tattoo it myself. Today I did the ice blue in my leg mural

The galaxy swirls, the Hitchhiker thumb, highlights in the whale’s spout and “Don’t Panic,” and re-colored the blue shadow in Marvin. Not large pieces by themselves, but since the color had to go here, there, and everywhere… the whole leg mural is a little sore tonight. But I LOVE the way it’s shaping up! Some closeups and a long shot… enjoy!

I was afraid he’d be too dark & bland in behind all that color but I like the effect quite well. Like a little secret lurking & then omg! there’s a whale in there!! LoL

Exhausted.

In commemoration of coloring in my Hello Ground Whale tattoo today, I’m watching Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, with kids piled everywhere on my bed.

Except now the movie keeps freezing up.

I want to drink a beer,
knit a little,
good-night text some friends a lot

And call it a night.

I am so very happy with the way it is turning out. I have one more piece to color (Deep Thought / Vogon Poetry). Then I must decide how to continue it around the BACK of my leg. LoL!!

“Nikki Vixxen” female fox head & tail on my body, my tattoo name and logo. It needs to have the purple and the grayshade touched up It is very hard to get purple to take in my skin..
